This site may use basic analytics or hosting logs (IP address, pages viewed, browser type) to keep the service running. We do not use that data to price insurance.

Health information you share by phone is treated as confidential and, where applicable, under our HIPAA notice. Do not send Social Security numbers or full medical records through unsecured web forms — this site does not collect them.
