How to opt in

We only text numbers that have consented. Opt-in is collected in one of these ways:

1. Website form. On our contact page, provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box (it is unchecked by default). Checking the box and saving the form is your agreement to receive SMS from Risen Healthcare LLC.

After a verbal yes, we send a confirmation SMS. To also receive marketing messages, reply YES. If you do not reply YES, you are not opted in to promotional messaging.
